Ordering
Ordering from us is very easy. This is how it works:
- Select a category or a supplier or go directly to the shop from our menu and be inspired.
- Select your favourite item and click "Add to cart". As soon as you have placed all the products in your shopping basket, click on "Checkout".
- Log in with your LUXVIVENDI account or select "Continue as guest" if you do not yet have an account.
- Enter your address and payment method to finalise your order. Et voilà - you will receive an email confirming your order and your products will be carefully assembled and dispatched to you.
- For selected products or services that are individually created or arranged for you, the product pages provide the "Request consultation" button. After clicking on this button, an enquiry form will open, which will ask you for the first basic information and will be sent directly to the respective provider by e-mail, who will then contact you. If a purchase is made, payment will then be made directly to our partner.
We recommend that you register with us with an account to save yourself the effort of registering for future orders and to keep track of your orders at all times. Alternatively, you can of course order from us as a guest at any time.

Product requests outside our core portfolio
If you have a product requirement that is not offered in our current portfolio, we will be happy to advise you and research all the options for you to obtain a suitable product or have it created for you personally according to your wishes. Simply contact us.
Gift advice
If you are unable to decide or have not yet found the right gift in our portfolio, we are always available to provide you with a personalised gift service by phone or email. If you wish, we can also work with you to find a very special way of presenting the gift to create an unforgettable experience. Simply contact us.
Manufactory experiences
If you would like to get to know our partners personally, we can arrange individual trips to the manufactories, where possible, on which we will accompany you personally. Together with our exclusive travel and logistics providers, we ensure an unforgettable trip where you don't have to worry about a thing.

Payment
If you have ordered a product, the full amount is usually only collected when your order is ready for dispatch. Finally, our partner must first officially accept the order, but also has the right to refuse it in case of doubt if prompt delivery cannot be guaranteed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Union Pay. For your security, all payments sent to us are checked when the order is placed.
Absolutely. We keep your personal data under lock and key and only pass it on with your consent. You can find more information in our privacy policy.

We are happy to do this for selected product categories, provided you contact us before purchasing. The amount paid for this special service depends on the type and scope of the task. Please contact us.
Once your order has been confirmed, it usually takes three to seven working days for your order to arrive. Depending on the destination and the size of the order, the time may vary. If you have ordered goods from different LUXVIVENDI partners, your items will be dispatched separately, and you will receive separate dispatch notifications. We will email you the necessary tracking information and an estimated delivery date. If you have set up a personal LUXVIVENDI account, you can track the progress of your order in your account under "My orders".
